I am listening right now to Tom Kent on Austin's Greatest Hits. He is airing until midnight.
A lot of 70's and some early 80's tunes.
According to his website http://www.tomkent.com he does do a 70's show. Maybe they will air his 70's show on the weekend, while KKMJ does the 80's
I want to hear some Alan O'Day, Gary Wright's My Heart is On Fire, Rocky Theme, Tavares, Vicki Lawrence, America, Bee Gees, James Taylor, and many other great artists from that time frame.
Austin isn't the same without the 70's music.
But I hope the still play Devil With A Blue Dress, Tina Turner's Proud Mary, Strawberry Alarm Clock Incense and Peppermints, Guess Who's No Time Left For You from the 60s on the weekdays. You could not possibly wear those songs out along with the Beach Boys.
