No, Tom Leykis' syndicated fest of signing female body parts and advising men on how to "get laid" without commitment is not airing on Sacramento news/talk station KFBK.
However, Leykis apparently IS airing on KFBK.

The show is his "Tasting Room", a weekend program dedicated to...well, let's copy the text:
"THE TASTING ROOM WITH TOM LEYKIS ....
Tom Leykis knows men. He knows that somewhere between death and taxes, men need to have a little fun. And for the millions of men who believe the harder you work, the harder you play Westwood One presents, The Tasting Room with Tom Leykis. The first of it’s kind, The Tasting Room, is a lifestyle themed program for men with a taste for the finer things in life. From beer, wine & spirits, fine dining, and luxury cars, to homes, cigars and the newest high-end technology, Leykis covers it all in this weekly two-hour ride through every man’s wish list."
Of course, those of us with some memory in the Sacramento market recall Tom's long stint in afternoon drive on Talk 650 KST(E). That run ended very acrimoniously between Tom and then-KSTE program director Ken Kohl. As I recall, Tom felt the need to write a 2 or 3 page letter in response to his program no longer airing on that station...after KSTE moved him to a nighttime tape delay.
Looking back, it's all kind of silly. Tom was moving from a "hot talk" issues program into a "hotter talk" program mostly focusing on sexual issues and lonely male listeners. At some point, his show would have been completely out of place on a traditional AM talker.
It ended up late nights on KXOA/93.7 in its early talk days.
"The Tasting Room", which presumably isn't as sexually charged as his weekday show, airs late Sunday nights on KFBK, according to their schedule.
