Yes, earlier poster, Tom was a WAKY jock prior to his decades at FM100. To digress, which is why God put me here in the first place, I'll give WAKY their props. My daughter and son-in-law are in school up in Louisville, so I make it up there fairly regularly, and I have the chance to listen to the 2010 "FM" version of WAKY. They play the music of the station's golden era, complete with the original guys and the original jingles.

(Poster's note... I just deleted three paragraphs which make me look like even more like the obsolete feckless carper my positings on these pages paint. It's the same old whiney stuff. I'll save you the drivel.)

Someone please do a rectal craniotomy and PUT PRESTO BACK ON THE AIR. The man is a treasure, and every day without him is a wasted opportunity for some broadcast facility to gain gravitas and act like they are serious broadcasters.
