How very sad. Tom was sich a staple in Altoona going back to his days with Sean McKay on WFBG and beyond.

The local talent pool has suffered a major loss as has Delgrossos.

I am sure that Tom would never remember me, but I met him on a few occasions and exchanged "hellos". He was a kind-hearted person and I am sure will be missed by many.

Deepest sympathys to friends and family who may look over the board.

Tom was a good guy. Always stopped to say hello during the late nights working at the Herald.

Any time I needed an ad for the Football preview, Tom was there for the Herald.

Tom always did good work for Dean Patterson, Delgrossos, Benzels, and Austins.

God look over Tom's family and we lost a good talent and a nice guy.

PS Lash, how did you end up in Tennessee?

Harlow: More opportunity here in 10 months, then in 10 years in PA in radio. We have two radio stations, putting a dark one back on the air this Friday, and just bought a minor league baseball team.

Having a blast and the weather is great!

Wow, sorry to hear that about Tom Riley. I don't think I ever met him, but I certainly remember him from the Sean McKay days.

I worked with Tom in the 90's putting together the concerts at the park, and he ALWAYS handed me a case of DelGrosso for helping out. I know it wasnt much, but he was a hell of a gem of a human being.
Best wishes to his family.
