Tom Seaver, 75, Hall of Fame Pitcher

Seaver had withdrawn from public life due to dementia a year and a half ago. He won a World Series with the 1969 Mets, and his 300th game with the 1985 White Sox. He also spent several years with the Reds and finished his career with the Red Sox. Seaver was inducted into Cooperstown in 1992.

RIP, Tom Terrific. :'(

Sad news. Tom Seaver was a great pitcher. He was still quite good when the White Sox got him in the mid 80s. RIP!
