Tommy Frank Passing

Is this the same Tommy Frank that programmed WAYV back in the 90's?

It is. After he left WAYV, he had been PD of a number of stations in Syracuse, Cincinnati, Michigan, Indiana, and Maine. He had just overseen the launch of new CHR WFIZ in Ithaca and was morning show cohost.
