Sorry, friends..I just learned of Tommy's passing. Man, I really enjoyed working with him in Corpus Christi. He was several years my junior but the potential was obvious.
While this has been known for some time, I just found out. Ed Stern, Don Couser and now, Tom. We come and go..but IMO, radio is a very special fraternity and when we lose a Brother or Sister, it hurts more so because they seemed larger than life. It gives me comfort knowing that all who truly "broadcast" will have everything they ever transmitted going on into space forever.
