Tone Loc Overload on WNOK 104.7

For the past few months, WNOK in Columbia has been playing "Funky Cold Medina" by Tone Loc every single day. I am not over exaggerating this either. It seems every time I flip on WNOK any time of day or night, they are playing this record. Now, I notice they are also spinning "Wild Thing" along with "Funky Cold Medina." Is there a reason for this? I know it's no BIG deal, but isn't that what Steve-FM is for? If they are gonna play some old tracks they should do more than just play 2 Tone Loc songs. Today, the "DJ" introduced "FCM" as a song that takes you back and made it sound like you haven't heard it in a while. While this may a little nitpicky, I find it aggravating.

Ok the last time I posted on the SC board the whole thread went poof so I hope I am not 2 for 2 ;D. Steve those two songs test very well... I am kinda shocked that NOK is playing them, but could see them on Steve... That is one of those songs that seems as goofy as they were still test the hands of time... CC1

:D Yes very strange. WNOK is so predictable. Nickelback, Daughtry, Tone Loc, Nickelback, "You Make Me Wanna" by Usher, more Nickelback, you get the picture.

I was listening to the TV and heard a promo for a movie that had FCM in it so I don't know if it is being re released, but that may be the reason... Yes.com and adaptive software is now useless so I can't look and see if other stations are playing it as well... CC1

To be up above 100, that means WNOK is spinning the crap out of it... exp since the WNOK Super Power currents run every 70-90 minutes. NOK's TSL shows that, too.
