Tony Pigg who worked at WPLJ, K-Rock and WNEW and served as the staff announcer on the Regis Philbin/Kelly Ripa morning show for more than 30 years

He was one of three announcers that ABC hired to host the 1988-released The History of Rock and Roll, that was in no way related to the Drake-Shenalt show with the same name. The other two hosts? Meg Griffin and Mike Harrison, both of whom, I believe, are still among the living.
