I don't know if this is old news or not, or if it has been discussed to death on another message board or not, but -

Ed Schultz just said on air that the Tony Trupiano show in Michigan has ended. Ed said that Tony has decided to run for elected office instead.

Tony has (had) a great show and will be missed, with excellent guests and debates between Tony and callers. His show is significant both in Michigan and due to its presence on both RadioPower.org and the white rose society talk archive site. I would not be so quick to dismiss the show's significance as you have.
