Too Much Of Nothin'

All this sturm und drang about Stern and Imus reminds me of H.L.Mencken's admonishment, "Nobody ever went broke underestimating the intelligence of the American public."

Each man is talented in his own right. Each man is equally full of himself. Neither is worth my defense. I figure they couldn't give a rat's assets about some Polish painter in Buffalo who makes in a year what either of them makes in a day, so screw 'em both.

BTW, here's another Mencken classic that applies to these highly paid pimps, "A celebrity is one who is known to many persons he is glad he doesn't know."

Any thoughts about Jeff Morrison who's back at WGR doing sports in PM drive?
What motivated Entercom to bring him in?
______________
