Too Quiet

Boy, this board has gotten really quiet lately. What happened?

I know the 12+ ratings aren't always considered reflective of demos, but they did make interesting discusson!
On that, note, what heppened to TIC-FM? Ouch!! Is this reflective of the overall Hot AC market, or is 'TIC missing something? Maybe a more modern AC playlist like Mix 98.5 in Boston might spice things up a bit? Still gotta have Damon Scott though, he's very entertaining to listen to and makes radio seem fun. IMHO :)

I thought so!!

...just thought there was a disproportional amout of WDRC and WXCT stuff on here.

Or is radio that boring around here these days?

Yes, it really *IS* that boring... lol!

Care to spice it up a bit???

Hmmm...well, pure unfounded speculations usually gets a good response :)
What about one of the CC stations flipping to a Rumba format? 104.1? 95.7?
Is that in the cards given recent changes in Philly? And, given the CC housecleaning?
Remember, they said the hip-hop format wouldn't work in Hartford.

I don't think 93.7 has a snowball's chance in Hell of flipping to Rumba...

As far as 104 goes, who knows? With the current upheaval at Cheap Channel, anything is possible.

Who said Hip-Hop wouldn't work in Hartford? Whoever said that must have been dropped on their head one too many times as a baby...
