I know this isn't a complete list, but here are the ones which I still remember:

Rex Trailer's Boomtown (WBZ-TV):

pre-48 Warner Bros.
Popeye (TV and theatrical)
Mister Magoo
Dick Tracy
Davey and Goliath (Sundays only)

Major Mudd (WNAC-TV - now WHDH-TV):

Sinbad Jr. (H-B)
Abbott and Costello (also H-B)
Dodo From Outer Space (a different H-B - Halas and Batchelor from England, which eventually animated 2 toons - The Addams Family and The Partridge Family: 2200 A.D. - for THAT H-B)
The New 3 Stooges (with the real Moe, Larry and Curly-Joe, as opposed to H-B's 70s idea of the Stooges)
pre-48 Warner Bros. toons (clearly late in the game)

The Uncle Gus Show (WMUR-TV):

Popeye (theatrical)
Dick Tracy
Mister Magoo
