Top 25 Syndicated Shows

I was surprised to see 'Monday Night Football' on the top of the syndicated list (found on tvnewscheck.com). But then came the 'note' that we should disregard that, so Judge Judy is on the top of the list. And that would mean that Judge Joe Brown is only the 24th ranked show according to the most recent report. So which show really IS the 25th?
