Top 33 Albums on Classic Vinyl

Walking On

So did anyone listen to this, and what did you think? Does anyone have a list of albums? How about how they were chosen? I listened for several hours off and on throughout the weekend, and never heard anything below the 20s. I'm also curious if BOSTON's debut album was included? When I first heard about it, I was assuming (ok, hoping) that they were going to play those albums in their entirety, not just a song or two here and there, though to be honest, I never really figured out exactly what they were doing. One DJ said "we voted" (implying the listeners), another made it sound like "they" chose them. A list of albums or explaination was not to be found was on either of the Sirius or XM channel pages.

i would guess the list was made up from listener surveys/billboard and rolling stone type mag and just general research. I would guess it was formed similar to FM classic rock stations doing a "Labor Day Top 500" or "Class of 19XX Weekend" type countdown, just something to keep you listening.

Shouldn't a fairly deep playlist keep you doing that in and of itself? Oh wait... that went out the window 4 months ago. Now we get typical FM stunts.

Just another weekend listening ploy.
