What do you think makes a good night show? Suggestions? Any good bits you've used? Do you like three min talk breaks or no>

I'll help since no one else wants to throw in some suggestions. 3 minute breaks NEVER fly in CHR radio unless you're doing mornings or you have an "A" list celebrity interview. Lots of energy and quick phoners work best. Stay away from bits. Make your show fun and positive and if the music is right people will listen.

Thank you, Inside Your Radio. I am trying to fall into my position as an unpaid night show producer. any suggestions are always welcome.

Here's a suggestion and it's serious: get out now.
Unpaid night show producer????????
What other profession on the planet do people work for free so that maybe, hopefully, with some mammoth amount of luck they can end up getting hired on to one of the poorest-paying and most insecure industries on the planet?

I'm really not kidding here. Why on earth would you produce a show for free? :p
