Now look at the stations that are not News, News-Talk, Sports or Non-Commercial (i.e. KDFC classical) that have a January share of 3.0 or greater. Those are likely to be, as you worded it, "some of the top music formatted billing radio stations in SF".
Ultimately, though, few if any of the commercial station publish their billing data for public consumption, so it's all guesswork unless you're an insider.
