What are the top-ranked morning shows in Jackson? My guess:1. The Mailman (99 Jams)2. Tom Joyner Morning Show (Kixie 107)3. Rick & Gwen (Miss 103)4. Bob & Bender (Y101)5. Michael Adrian Davis (95.5 Hallelujah FM)Of course, these numbers could differ among different demographics, but that's my opinion since I don't have the privilege to access the real numbers.

Way too early to tell. He's only been on for maybe three weeks or so.Sometimes I forget that Hot 97 even exists, but I can't imagine them getting huge numbers for Russ Parr. Maybe decent, but not to put him among the elite in the city. Last year, rumor had it that Clear Channel was looking to flip Q105.1 to urban and perhaps grabbing Russ Parr. Had that scenario came true, Russ would have better numbers.
 
do ya think they'd call it 105.1 The Beat Blazin Today's Hip Hop & R&B, similar to their urban "BEAT" stations across the country?
 
Probably. Just like they did with all the CHR stations named Kiss. If not the Beat, then perhaps Power (like their Power station in New York) or Wild like in the Pine Belt.
 
Yep thats Clear Channel, they own every name u can think of. LOL
