Top Pop vs. Platinum Pop: What's the difference?

Amazon Music has a ton of radio stations and most are surprisingly good. They have several variations of CHR and some are easy to understand. Today's Hits plays whatever's popular, regardless of genre--so if you'll get Rap and Country hits in the mix. Easy Pop and Pop Rewind are two others that are rather self-explanatory. But there are two more that I can listen to interchangeably and I don't understand why both exist. Platinum Pop and Top Pop sound pretty much identical to me. Amazon doesn't seem to have any place where they explain their station formats (even Music Choice does that!) so I'm left scratching my head. Does anyone listen to those stations and understand what the differences are? Thanks!

They also seem to change their station names willy-nilly with no warning or notice. Apparently, Top Pop is now called Pop Culture Radio. And it still sounds just like Platinum Pop to me!
