Irreplaceable is a GREAT record, my favorite Beyonce song by far. I Wanna Love You is also a great track that has potential of doing well. The new Justin Timberlake is already dominating the CHR charts, I don't see it doing well on Urban. Also, I don't think Pretty Ricky will make a comeback; I think they've already hit their peak. "Runaway Love" by Ludacris is a powerful song that I would like to see do well on Urban.

All the music listed above seems pretty disposable to me.  Urban AC has the best new music. Hip-Hop and R&B has truly lost its way. There is little to no current Hip-Hop and R&B that will stand the test of time, like material from Biggie, Pac, LL, and early Jay-Z.

Umm you may just want to check your Urban station Playlists ANY of them I bet you'll see Justin Timberlake on about 90% of the Radio stations Now. It's on the BIG Stations too Like Power 105.1 and Hot97 in NYC. I think in the Next few Years the Urban and Rhythmic Formats will All but merge. I see alot of Rhythmics either easing to Urban or the more Pop leaning Ones Flipping to Top 40 or Rhythmic AC, and Urban Getting more of the Rhythmic tracks.
