Yes Poon and KML: Let's all hope for some major destruction and maybe, if we're lucky, loss of life. That way you can bash the performance of the only station that had power and was able to provide the intended service of public broadcasting. I'm sure the other stations in the region would have been on the air, if they were able.

Sounds like you're willing to pay any price for another oppoutunity to nit-pick and complain. Why not be ready with a microphone or cell phone to call in damage reports if needed?

Some people appreciate what local radio can do for the community.

Phantom, not at all hoping for loss of life, but if you re-visit The Noracane, no life was lost then either, but Mr Marbles and crew, made it sound worsre...in fact, referring to Brandon as "Ground Zero". Also, local radio you say? How local can a 50,000 watt station be? The LOCAL station then and still is WSYB....But again, let me remind you, Mr Marbles put a live WSYB mic up to the radio which was playing,....yup...WJJR!!!! Is that LOCAL to you? Not to me, a proud lifelong resident of Rutland county. So, please Phantom, ,put the Catamount Cool-aid down for a second, and face the facts. No I dont hope for any tornado or even a rain shower....but if there is even 1 drop of rain, Mr Marbles and crew , will be at the ready to provide round the clock coverage on a music station, while the news station putters along...UNDER-UTILIZED!

Time to move on from the past, and look to the future! Whatever happened a year ago, obviously something that continues to haunt you when you're alone at night, is over and done. What may have been no big deal to you, may have been a complete tragedy to someone else.

Either way, whats done is done!

Remaster...no need for a ring or squared circle...I am not mad at Phantom, in fact, I respect his passion towards defending his station and his , pardon the reference, "master"! I think it reads , "forgive him, for he knows not what he does". Well, I forgive Phantom, for he knows not what he got himself into! But let us not get too too far off the original intent of this post, which was to point out the obvious favoring of ONE station over another, only to better serve themselves. A friend once told me, "if you cant beat 'em, buy 'em". No doubt, it's part of the game plan for Marbles and Bear
