Total Recorder (program)

:-[ Please forgive me if this is in the wrong section, I've been trying to figure where exactly this goes...

I was wondering if anyone out there has a computer program called "Total Recorder". What I'm looking to do is be able to record live streaming audio from different stations around the country. If anyone knows how to do this please reply.

Thanks! :)

I personally use Cool Edit (now Audition) for recording purposes... As far as your program, well, help with just about anything is right there on the Net. Here's the first link that came up when I Googled "total recorder troubleshooting" :

Hope this helps!

Thanks DToTheJ!
I think I've got the program figured out now, I tested it lastnight and I scheduled it to record things at certain times of the day.... wish I knew about it earlier! :D

If your soundcard has a "loopback" section to record audio from you can do it with anything that will record audio.

Check the recording section of the windows mixer for "Wave", "Stereo Mix", or "What U Hear", those are the loopbacks.
