TOTALLY WORTHLESS!

I was looking over the Yahoo Financial Page and came across this interesting piece of information. The heading was "Five Stocks That Look Completely Worthless". The analyst report went on to mention Citadel as the first company who's shares could be completely worthless.

I've watched this company over the lasst 4 or 5 years. Probably no more than 48 months ago Citabel stock weighed in at $18 & change - the closing price this afternoon $.21. Damn gald I'm not a shareholder!

I wouldn't call it totally worthless at all...in fact I think it's possibly on the brink of a major turn-around that will pave the way
to ensuring radio's coffin is NOT nailed shut for good...here's my logic on this as seen through the eyes of those who would be kings
(our govt and brilliant beyond brilliant ceo's standing proud over our country's small, family friendly corporations.)

Citadel -A company ripe for a shake-up! Farhid will get a $100 million check (tax free) as a thank you for another outstanding year of A+
broadcasting management. Barney Frank will suggest the company be bailed out by the taxpayers to the tune of a couple of trillion. The U.S. govt. will test drive the Fairness Doctrine on these stations ruining them even more (if possible.) Six thousand people will become unemployeed. Mario Cuomo will sue Arbitron for faulty research numbers that lead to Chitadel's decline and get fifty percent of their earnings ... all 7 cents and then force Arb to pay Farhid another $100 million in damages inflicted to him. Big (Negative)Three Auto Fakers will get $1.00 per spot advertising for life, paid for again by taxpayers. Unions will get equal time with benefits. Politicians in office will get 1000 hours of free air time per station per year prior to each election. And not one citizen will show up to protest at a public hearing.
Take it to the bank. You can mortage your life on it. Helps on the way.

I heard that Metro traffic's stock ended up the day at 2 cents/share.

Seriously.

I won't even pick up 2 pennies out of the gutter.

Or a share of Metro. 8)

Toilet paper companies have started to complain because people are now using worthless stock certificates instead to save money. ;)

I believe anyone with stock trading under $1.00 for more then 30 days can lose their positions with NYSE or NASDAQ. Metro looks like they will be the next to be delisted...Radio One has already been served their notifications.

It could get interesting - very quickly.
