Tour Bus (the radio show)

While I am up at college in VT, in the Overnights on WTOS from maine they have a show called the tour bus. it seems there is a show baised out of nyc.
how come no nyc station have this show???

Because the show blows and it's not based in NYC, it eminates from a Jersey station (WDHA I think?).. The show has a very hair band-ish vibe about it whether they're talking to hair bands or not that is the pereption it has. It is not a good show so your hearing it overnights in Maine is not a big shock to me.

WRAT also plays it on Saturdays. Stacey X (a former WRAT personality) is one of the hosts. I'm not a fan at all, mostly because I can't stand the bands that cover themselves in mousse and mascara to hide their lack of talent. If they're going to play a syndicated show, they should just play Hard Drive instead. If they're too afraid to play edgier rock on their own time, maybe the listeners can get exposed to it by way of this popular program.

Wow this conversation is a harsh reminder of how much bad syndication is out there!, ;D No Hardrive is Lou Brutus's crapfest, such a bad, bad show (better than tour bus yes but still so bland and boring. Brutus is just not a compelling host). That show is not based in NY either Brutus never got to NYC as a jock he is currently at XM in DC I think and he tracks the show from there. It may be assembled here but does not have a New York affiliate. It is mostly a medium 9mid west market) show.
