Tower Climber Video

People pull stuff from You Tube all the time, for a variety of reasons. Maybe the employer didn't want OSHA to see him climbing without a harness attached to the tower, if that were at all possible.
 
I think this will go as #2 behind Police Officer in my list of jobs I would not like to have!
 
I second that. I would rather be safe than sorry and keep my harness attaced. Not wear any slippery shoes, one slip and its all she wrote. btw. several years ago some men were on a local nearly 2000 ft. tower (WLBT TV) replacing some guy wires if I'm not mistaken and the tower fell with them still on it. The people on the ground heard them scream over the radio and they ran into the transmitter building and were lucky they weren't squashed. The tower workers had rode the tower all the way to the ground. Obviously, none of them survived.
