There are some people who won't climb towers for $500 an hour, but these morons will climb a tower for free! Why not have their sentence be that they have to climb a tower somewhere in the country to replace a lightbulb. For free.

I wonder if they realize the amount of RF coming from the top panel antenna system or the side mounted UHF antennas?

They'll probably be given a slap on the wrist and go back to illegally climbing a tower again.
 
The last time I remember an incident like this was November 2009 in Farmington, CT... Someone climbed the 1,340 foot WTIC-TV/WEDH/WCCT/WRCH tower around 5 am and parachuted from the top. He was never caught.

Wreckless, dangerous, stupid. That's a hell of a lot of RF as you're climbing that tower for well over an hour, cause you're obviously not using the elevator.

Reckless: yeah; wreckless: probably only because of the vigilance of the Newton Police.
