Tower Owner

There's an old tower near by that I've been trying to find out who it belongs to. It's been around for probably 30+ years. I checked the FAA's web site and it's not listed. It's at about 170 feet and has no lighting on it at all so I don't think it has to be registered with the FAA. I went by the site and you can tell it hasn't been visited recently, but it is in operation to some degree. I know this because the power meter was running. It's not a radio broadcast tower or a cell tower, but I'm not sure what kind of service if any is on the tower. There are two directional antennas pointing the same direction and one antenna at the top with four radials. Any ideas on where I might check to see who this tower might belong to?

Many cities and counties have an online service where you can look up the owner of a property through pointing to a site on a map. Sometimes called GIS.
