What is fair market rental price.

I am looking to rent tower space at 250'-300' for a class A in a very small market. I will need to provide my own Xmitter building. There are several towers empty and available. I know there are several factors, I am just looking for some past and current rental pricing/situations. Thanks.

How big antenna? Line? Stl dish ?. If there are several available, should be negotiable.
Competition is the biggest factor here. JBI

i've seen small markets going for as low as a buck a foot..Since you have several to choose from, negotiate. Most tower folks will work with you, they could use the cash..Anyone you can do a trade with?? $ 350-450 would be fair.

I had an RPU receive and transmit about 100 feet up on an old AT&T Long Lines tower now owned by American, I payed a buck a foot. If you've got tower options, negotiate, negotiate, negotiate!

Startup? Grain bin leg single bay with large transmitter. look at the highest point in the area and build a 100 foot tower. EASY. Don't pay rent. Find an abandoned cable tv tower and get the land owner to make a new deal.
