Tower sites near Pratt Kansas

We are looking for a tower site or grain leg near Pratt Kansas in the hopes we can build a C.P. we are buying. This is a mission of Barclay College.
 
Well, ChiefEngineer, I've google Earth'd the area and the bestest tower is the one owned by the Haviland Telephone Company in Haviland.

I don't have the software to guesstimate the necessaries to get the signal into Sun City to retain it as the COL; but I wouldn't even try to penetrate Sun City (in a deep river canyon).

It should be fairly easy to modify the CP to designate Haviland as the COL.
