Townhouses at Fox 5

When I drove by WAGA-TV on Briarcliff Road, I noticed ground being cleared for construction on what appeared to be WAGA property just to the right of the driveway to the station. My initial thought was a new broadcast center. I inquired, and what is being built are townhomes. I don't know whether WAGA sold the property to a developer or even for sure that WAGA owned the land. But it appears the grounds were part of the WAGA campus.
