Once Townsquare bought Millennium, one of the things they did was pull NJ 101.5 (and other former-Millennium stations) off of tunein.com's directory.
Not only did that take NJ 101.5 out of the TuneIn iPhone and iPad apps, but also Radioshift on the Mac, the Roku player, alarm clock apps on the iPhone, and a bunch of other places that were good for listening.
The idea of course is to make you use Radio Pup so that you see their ads. The flaw in this is that I'm not looking at Radio Pup while I'm listening to the station; I'm driving, walking, or looking at other apps on my phone. And there's no Radio Pup for Roku or other devices. It's also silly because anyone can figure out the stream URL with a bit of Googling, which makes the station work in some (but not all) of these places, minus seeing NJ 101.5's logo, programming schedule, etc. (Also, the Radio Pup app is clearly designed for the radio station to show you ads, not for a good user experience).
So if you could, it would be great if you'd express your dissatisfaction at this move to NJ 101.5 and Townsquare.
I would recommend emailing GM Zoe Burdine-Fly and PD Eric Johnson from http://nj1015.com/contact/
Townsquare, unsurprisingly, has no public email address. Their phone number is (203) 861-0900 and the person to direct this to (according to the secretary) is Senior VP of Programming Kurt Johnson.
