Earlier today, the "Boomer & Carton" personality tweeted, "I'm leaving the 'FAN. Last day on 12/2. My terms - my decision - my thanks to all for your support and laughs!"

As for her future plans, she wrote in a subsequent tweet that she "probably will haunt talk radio in my alter ego..."
