Oh, this video is full of fail in so many ways, but what radio station does she have on, NJ 101.5? Nice to hear them right on top of things with a tornado warning.

Where was the tornado? All I see is rain and wind and the girl filming it yelling "Oh my god" over and over. Don't even see a funnel cloud.

That was just heavy rain. She was about 20 miles away from where the tornado actually touched down.

A Wilmington station, then affiliated with CBS Radio but not owned by it, used that phrase up until a few years ago when it was sold (and dropped CBS). But this went on for years and apparently CBS never noticed, never cared or lets stations use it that are not in direct competition. In any case, unless they had a specific agreement allowing this Wilmington station (among others) to use the phrase, they could well have rendered the trade mark invalid (like Aspirin).
