Sean Green, update your resume.
  • Clear Channel's Total Traffic has a job posting for a Delaware Sales Manager.
  • Clear Channel Delaware stations WILM, WDOV, WDSD Continuous Country, The Ticket and The River currently get traffic reports from Traffax (part of Westwood One's Metro Networks, as is Shadow Traffic).
  • Clear Channel has dropped outside traffic providers (most notably Traffic.com) in other markets in favor of the company's own traffic service.
Of course, Sean does some sports fill-in work for Clear Channel, so he already has an in there.

I don't know if Shawn is still associated with CC, but this is the second straight week he has been taking handoffs from Robin Bryson on Delmarva's WDEL's morning traffic reports. Getting used to his voice somewhere other than 1410/1450 is going to be a chore. Speaking of WILM, for about 4 weeks they have been using Ken Fortna for their traffic reports. Is he still Captain Ken on NextMedia's WJBR as well? If so, how does he get away with juggling CC and NM?ixnay
