Traffic Reports

"John Frawley, executive vice president of broadcast operations for Metro Traffic, said traffic news remains a big draw on news and talk stations."<snip>

"'When our people come on, people pay attention,' Frawley said. 'They're interested that somebody else is suffering in traffic, too.'"

Believe me, Frawley, there's a hell of a lot of people suffering...and they used to be traffic reporters!

Wasn't Alan Kath "Big Al" employed by Metro Traffic a while back before he went to Journal?

Kinda miss hearing his reports on practically every station back in the day...
