Traffic Services, etc.

Considering relocation, I am curious to find out: what companies do traffic/news/sports/weather reporting for what stations out in Northern California, and from where? Are they AFTRA or WGAE shops? Or do the stations actually do their own such reporting? Is this a better fit for the California board?

Depends on the city and the company. Metro typically has a stand alone office, but some talent, while paid by Metro, actually work at the station.

Total Traffic Network (Clear Channel) typically operates out of the station cluster...
