Transfer of control at Tragic happened Monday, any changes? Anyone care? Big Daddy D was in the house rumour has it.
 
Daddy D "Durden" took over, already blew out the GM Storey man and his side kick Allen...more to follow. Took them long enough.

The other D has had three years to make it work...ran out of rabbits, hats, wands, cash and now out of GM's and Sales Managers... lost his CEO title as well.
 
Those in the know...exactly what the hell is really happening? All of the above postings are great for insiders
and cute, but those of us out of state, who love a good house cleaning on the beach, can't read minds. Especially

The D who couldn't pull a rabbit out of his hat is Don McCoy (he is also a magician....a hobby of his)....that is where the name "Magic" came from.

It is also rumored that Tommy Milligan (Tommy owned Rock103 and WPFM in the 90s and Rock103 and Sunny 100 in Columbus until he sold them to Clear Channel) resigned from the Board of Directors but I cannot confirm that.....he is an investor in Tragic.

I hear that Earl Durden (a major stockholder who used to own the Bay Line Railroad in Panama City and several other 'shortline' railroads around the country is now "in charge".

Tibbs, don't have time to find the link, may have been on the AL Board but a few months ago there was paperwork filed with the FCC to change the management structure of the company. Find it and read all about it. Seems that management was to go to a five member board. My guess from what the tiny angry dog posted is that they must've gotten approval last week because Storey (magician's man) and Allen are gone from PC and also today in Dthn long time cluster employees from the days of tom and kim, Dave (103.9) and JJ (93.3) were let go. Magic is certainly changing, POOF!

Correction Stewy Storey was Milligans Man. Blood letting today in Dothan included shutting off a radio station (WBBK) wow business must be real bad...down to bare bones in Dthn and PC.
 
Thank you for correcting me mam. They also began eating their own today with a format flip in Dthn of 103.9 to what I termed 977 on steroids. That'll eat away the AL listenership of 97.7 and eat into the 106.7 (Dthn) numbers.

More brilliance.
