They've been playing it... Train on Power? It does have a beat and sounds urban-ish, but could this be a sign of Power shaking things up for the holidays? Back to rhythmic? Would be nice.

I was ready to tell you that you must've been listening to 107.9 by mistake, but I looked on yes.com, and there it was, the number 24 song on their playlist. It's also played on 101.1 the wiz in cincinnati evidently.
Clever marketing by Columbia records. The song is part of Coca-Colas holiday radio and TV blitz. A :60 version of the song is the current radio spot. If you are seeing it on playlists, my best guess is the clip contains the BDS tag from the song, and it's getting automatic detections.

That's correct. I just checked a 12-week history on Mediabase, and (thankfully for us) no Train.
Doesn't 'NCI play Train? I could've sworn i've heard "Hey Soul Sister" and "If It's Love" several times on 'NCI. Yes! We play both of those songs, and Train is headlining Jingle Ball on 12/7.
I think Florentino meant, thank God for us... implying that thank God Power wasn't going rhythmic. That was the only time they beat NCI... they care way too much about their urban demographic.
