anyone use or know about the Trango 11mbs wireless ethernet 2.4 IP radio? looking at stl backup.will be running uncompressed audio over node to node commercial wireless.direct link less than 2000 ft to tower.(very clear line of sight) any suggestions or comments always appreciated.if this does the trick i may go to it as primary STL.

Thanks for the info.LA guy, i assume when you set them up you come out of the computer (air machine)ethernet port into the Q bridge from the studio,.But how do you get it connected to the Omnia at the XMTR site. will it require anither computer there??

Your application is a new one for us. We have customers who have setup to do
video conferencing between 2 sites. The video conferencing is compressed
video and audio using MPEG compression. There hasn't
been any issues with those setups.

If your data is IP based data, you shouldn't see any problem. Based on your
description, it seems you may be sending audio which is not IP based but
rather analog. In this case the Q-Bridge won't work for you and you need
some kind of analog type transmitter system. The Q-Bridge is purely digital.
RESPONSE FROM CONNEX REGARDING THIS PARTICULAR APPLICATION.

If you looking to do Axia node to node the Q-Bridge wont be reliable enough for main STL, even at 2000 feet.. Look at the carrier class links instead. Dragonwave makes a great wireless link and they do sell 24gig unlicensced version. At the very least look at a 20meg connection for Livewire.
