Translater question

do you all remember when 90.1 KPFT had a translator located in kemah well i know that they don't use it anymore but i have heard an asian type format transmitting from it every now and then they go off the air a lot and then out of the blue they are back again does anyone know what this is about?




they are not on the air now but a couple days ago they were
