Translator applications for WTVN and WBNS dismissed

I was looking today and noticed that both applications have been dismissed for translators for WTVN and WBNS for 97.5. Is it because of WOBN at Otterbein or for some other reason?
 
I asked the same question on the Radioinsight FB post. Basically, they both changed ownership (iHeart Debtor-In Possession to iHeart) and WBNS (from Dispatch Broadcast Group to Tegna), making both ineligible per the translator program rules.
