The FX translators for AM stations are now on the FCC database...one funny one posted is 1150 KBPO Port Neches, owned by those wonderful folks, Christian Ministries of the Valley...they filed for 92.9 in Beaumont on a tower owned by a former employer of mine ..so placed a few calls...yep, the former employer knew nothing about it...they are planning on filing a Petition to Deny!! Oops!! Someone Christian lied??? Say it ain't so.... LoL

But it's sure as hell prevalent among these Christian groups whose commandments strictly prohibited them from lying.

It's all "Thou shalt not bear false witness..." until money is involved.

Not the first time they lied...when they bought 1150 from VisionLatino they took premature control of the station...I found out they paid the dozer operator to clear the TX site...not VL as they claimed...filed a petition to deny which was partially accepted...the sale went thru but CMV was fined for that oopsie..ahhhhhhh
They think they are above the law...I hate that in any licensee but especially in these "Christian" groups. I hate hypocrites
