No, it's not. It's a NYC FM station.

While it is an FM signal, it's the aural part of channel 6-technically just outside of the FM band. I am not aware of an LPTV station with an FM translator.

Has anyone ever watched a channel 6 on their tv and had 87.7 on their FM radio at the same time. techincally the FM Band starts officially at 88.1. So 87.7 is not eligible for a translator by FCC Rules
