Translator or FM Pirate on 98.7 Poughkeepsie?

IM getting 99.7 The Bridge on 98.7 around the Poughkeepsie - Wappingers Falls area? is this a new LPFM or a pirate Rebroadcast? its pretty muck kills 98.7 Kiss FM through most of south Dutchess. These religious Translators are really starting to litter up the fm band around the Hudson Valley area. Enough is enough all ready!

Total overkill!!!! 104.9-The Edge gets pounded by a religious translator located between Ravena and Coxsackie, on their frequency, 20 miles from their transmitter! They also get obliterated as soon as you get North of Saratoga by a low powered jesus station from Glens Falls, also on 104.9. Years ago, the FCC would never have permitted these types of co-channel interference to exist. I don't get it...

Just goes to show you how out-of-touch the FCC has become.
Same thing happened with 94.5 with 94 Rock. Now you get Bleedovers of jesus stations on jesus stations.

In addition to these annoying Jesus stations and excessive translators popping up all over the dial and drowning out adjacent stations, what makes this 98.9 was is allocated to ROSENDALE NY as a full power station, SUNY New Paltz was even granted a construction permit but never built the station , opting to continue their time share of 88.7 with WMHT . 98.9 is currently listed as an open allotment to Rosendale .
