Translators for Sale

I have commercial translators in Socorro NM, Truth or Consequences NM, and Ruidoso NM. I need to sell one or all. They should bring in an additional income for your station of $3,000 - $5,000 (a month) in each of these towns without much work. In other words they should pay for themselves over a course of a year or so. Asking $30k each firm. May look at a little better price for all three. They are close enough that they can be linked to each other. E Mail me if interested. [email protected]

Here are some recent sales I found on the CDBS website. They were sold a year or two back before the FCC let FM Translators broadcast AM stations making them more valuable.

Colorado 3 translators sold for $85,000

Arizona 3 translators sold for $75,000

Last New Mexico translator sold. Clovis Translator sold for $27,500

Would also consider putting your station on these translators for monthly operating costs as allowed by the FCC.
