I guess its all on personal taste.. But I tend to do most music shopping at Traxxsource,, Not because I dont like Beatport or anything,, But I like Traxxsource House selection better,, Lots of Deep and Jackin House,, as well as Disco House and Soulful stuff. Beatport seems to lean more Electro and Dubstep

Each online retailer does have their specialty. Traxsource has a much stronger lean towards house music than Beatport, and yes Beatport has their lean towards EDM based sounds. I also like Juno Download as well for material over on the other side of the "pond".

I wouldn't call it a "versus" per se. Both serve their customers very well :)

Tony and Midwest.

I shop at both outlets for the best of the best..It's better than the crappy "I-Tunes" and other corporate sites who don't know what the word "real music" is.

Well BJ, Beatport, Traxsource and Juno Download cater to the core fans and DJ's that play this music on the decks. :) iTunes may have a few dance tracks but they seem to follow more on the dubstep aspect since that is riding high right now for the 20 something crowds.

Tony...I believe it caters to a specific fan base..<Per Se.

But beatport is one service I am into.

Honestly..I did dubstep and D&B before...<Hard to blend.

Traxxsource I believe is being run by Florida based Soulfuric Recordings...<Correct me.

I also believe it's all about audience taste for different pieces of formats.
