Trends

Just trends, but...

WRVR almost catches Kix, FM 100 won't be happy, and the Buzz does take another hit.

Great day for the urban stations. It seems like the non-ethnics, with the exception of KIX and WRVR all got blasted. WEGR's extrapolated 12+ month was below the Mendoza Line.

Both FM 100 and The Buzz got slammed, I think FM 100 was due a hit (they lost a HUGE monthly), but the Buzz has got even bigger issues than anyone figured. 94.1 The Wolf...has a nice ring to it.

Maybe the Buzz should invent a whole new format. Instead of going jack, maybe they should go black jack.

Here's a sample hour:

Snoop Dogg
Parliament
Ray Charles
Kanye West
Marvin Gaye
Young MC
The Pointer Sisters
Fats Domino
DeBarge
Shirley Caesar
Jay-Z
Duke Ellington
Jerry Butler
The Gap Band
Young Jeezy

Nope, I'm not racist, but I think that sucks (It only leaves me w/ FM100 to listen to, not that their bad, but I like having choices).

If Buzz is going to flip they need to go all 80s! Doing a damn fine job right now with the all 80s weekend. BTW... Doesn't entercom brand 80s format stations as the point?

Thx
