Because STAR had a good January (fluke?), they should have a half way decent Winter book unless phases 2 and 3 are total dogs.

Anybody notice that on the R&R 12+ ratings that KZUL 104.5 out of Lake Havasu shows up with a .5? Even though the signal cant be picked up in Vegas. Did someone mistake a KJUL entry for a KZUL entry?

Most entries are not for call letters. They are for dial position. And the survey area is the whole county, so the southern parts could have picked up some listening... even thought the signal does not seem to even get into Nevada very well.
