Trends...

Project 96.1, for all it's critics, it killin' 'em 18-34. Nice top 5 rank.

Any thoughts on the first trend for the summer?

Frank Ski never outperforms his station, and now his numbers are being eroded further by Steve Harvey and Tom Joyner.
Extra slap in the face. Vick did an interview with Joyner. Who's minding the store at the Falcon's flagship station?

The Bert Show continues to show great strength on a weak station. Star can only wish...or put Cindy and Ray in mornings ASAP.

Braves baseball is all The Bull has, and that's not much. Still a cash-losing proposition for CC on any frequency.
Their out-of town morning show is DOA, and the Brokeback Mountain country format has no traction.

99X is in deep do. The numbers accurately reflect the quality of the morning show. John Dickey's positive comments on the morning show in the AJC....Can anyone read them with a straight face? Project 9-6-1 is strong in everything except mornings, but even they beat the X.

DAVE-FM, hey! Music doesn't matter. Unique content does.

Eagle continues it's long struggle. The morning show is looking up at the Bull. Rhubarb heard for maybe 20 minutes on the 4 hour show.

"Long struggle"? They've been perennial Top 5 25-54 since their first book. I think most stations would kill for that kind of "struggle".

And for all these years I thought they barely showed up on the list of the top 25 stations in town. Funny,
isn't it, how you can make the ratings book say what you want it to say!

They have not been Top 5 25-54 in years, if at all. I don't have the numbers going back that far. You may be thinking of Kicks.

I think if you'll check past history, you'll see that their overall numbers have always been less than a 3 share.
The morning show most of the time under a 2 share.

Sunny 100 still number one. GST number two. Q100 number three. The Zone's morning show gets a whopping 75 share.

Isnt Clear Channel San Antonio due for its annual managers sweep (out the door) in Atlanta?....when does that usually occur?

and GST will sink further into oblivion

Hmmm, I remember a GST, way back when... When it had ratings, When it had talent, When it wasnt a dock for out of town talk shows. Yes, I remember.. and thats all any of us can do anymore.. WGST cannot compete on a level worth thinkin about anymore, WSB has taken the news talk listeners, so whats left? Well, I would bet that eventually Chump Channel will sell off this worthless property, and then Brother stair overnights, and pay to pray's will be the daytime programming. What a Shame.

I said from the beginning that I liked the new 96.1 format better!
I just wish the logo was still 96 Rock....oh well.
