Trick My Truck On MTV2

When did MTV2 start showing this? Has it moved from CMT to MTV2? I thought CMT only showed this. I know both channels are owned by Viacom.
 
Or how about CMT airing "Hogan Knows Best"? Wow talk about going off in left field! I cant believe they would ever air that on there, but this is Viacom we are talking about.
 
Next thing you know, you'll see "Dice Undisputed" on MTV - no, wait, he's still banned for life on that network. ;D
